If Batman battles Superman in terms of good look, our righteous Kal-El would definitely win. Sorry, Ben Affleck. Some says that Henry Cavill is the best looking actor to ever portrayed Superman.
Just like Captain America, Superman is simply righteous and lovable. Besides being the best looking actor, who has $8 million of net worth, Cavill has the best Superman suit. No more ridiculous bright red underwear!
Since the first time Henry Cavill was introduced as the new Superman in The Man of Steel, the directors (including Christopher Nolan) have made it clear that they are going to ground all aspect of Superman including the suit.
The new suit adopted the notion of the ‘S’ representing ‘hope’ back on Krypton. In general, it is woven even more directly into the history of Superman’s home planet. Hence, Henry Cavill’s Superman looks more of an extra-terrestrial soldier rather than a circus strongman.
