This sushi restaurant located in Ginza is owned by a chef who formerly worked at both Sukiyabashi Jiro and Yoshino.
With only 10 seats, the restaurant is always full and reservations are required months in advance.
If you choose to eat here, that is if you’re lucky enough and someone cancels his reservation, be prepared for an unique, traditional experience.
Because the place is so small, the atmosphere will get a little dense. But it doesn’t have to. Offer respect and you’ll get the same in return.
